Ingredients: -

1 organic cauliflower head –

2 tablespoons of BIO olive oil –

1 medium BIO onion,

 minced -2 organic garlic cloves, minced

 -2 tablespoons of BIO white wine –

1/4 cup of laminated BIO almonds –

1/4 cup of raisins BIO -

1/4 cup of BIO black olives, chopped –

1/4 cup BIO sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

-1/4 cup of fresh BIO coriander, chopped -Salt and pepper to taste

 Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Cut cauliflower into florets and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until lightly golden. 3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes. 4. Add white wine and reduce.
