Mallorca product. This wine is made of a blend of the native Manto Negro variety with Cabenert Sauvignon. Its alcohol content is 14º. Ferreico red wine has a pleasant and consistent flavor. With the aftertaste the spices reappear and it is very persistent. Cultivation is done in a traditional way. The wine rests for 12 months in French oak barrels. It has a good aromatic intensity and predominates the aromas of ripe fruits, blackberries and spices such as paprika and cinnamon. All of them well integrated with the noble wood. Taking advantage of the calm of January, pruning is done after San Antonio and in September, the Patron Saint of Santa Maria del Cami warns us that it is the time of the harvest.
