Mallorca product. Pale yellow color with greenish reflectionsand very bright. It is a young wine from the native grape variety of Mallorca, Premsal Blanc. An aromatic flow is appreciated, with primary aromas of green fruits such as apples, apricots and peaches; with a background of dried cherries, grapes and raisins. It is fresh, lively and harmonious, very balanced with a long and pleasant finish. Cultivation is done in a traditional way. Taking advantage of the calm of January, pruning is done after San Antonio and in September, the Patron Saint of Santa Maria del Cami warns us that it is the time of the harvest.
